1. "Yashri," "we," "us," "our" refers to the Yashri platform and its operators.
2. "User," "you," "your" refers to any person accessing the Platform.
3. "Customer" refers to a User purchasing goods.
4. "Partner Store" refers to a local business in Aswan selling its products through Yashri.
5. "Content" includes product listings, images, descriptions, reviews, and all other data on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to register an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Orders and Purchases

1. Product Listings: All product information, including descriptions, prices, and availability, is provided by Partner Stores. Yashri acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for any inaccuracies.
2. Pricing: Prices are set by the Partner Stores. Yashri reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.
3. Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs once the Partner Store confirms the order. Partner Stores reserve the right to cancel any order at their discretion.
4. Payment: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateways.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Yashri and its delivery partners are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, traffic, weather, or incorrect address details provided by the Customer.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Return and exchange policies are set by the individual Partner Stores. Customers must contact the Partner Store directly to resolve any issues with a product. Yashri may facilitate this communication but is not liable for the Store's final decision.

7. Intellectual Property

All Yashri-branded content, including logos, text, and software, is our exclusive property. Partner Stores retain all intellectual property rights to their products, images, and descriptions. You may not use any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
2. Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
3. Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
4. Interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yashri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Partner Stores, or Yashri.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
